About The Opportunity

Job Purpose

Act as the main facilitator/leader to ensure a robust MRP/ERP and SIOP process and procedures are developed and maintained to support EPW business goals

Principal Accountabilities

  • Leads/Coordinates the MRP/ERP process execution. Collaborate with the business and technical resources in performing functional and workflow analysis in support of process and work flow design.

  • Evaluate, implement, maintain, and enhance ERP modules and related third-party bolt on tools/solutions. Create process documents and impact analysis for ERP module modifications and additions.

  • Project Management in support of developing and implementing new modules or enhancing current modules. Perform project management tasks including; business requirements gathering, establishing project tasks/timelines/deliverables, documenting specifications and implementation plans, facilitating and coordinating workgroups, issue management and escalation and management of resources

  • Ensure the reliable operation of the production environment(s) and application(s). Provide production support to functional leaders as needed by investigating and resolving production or functional issues. Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues, and work with the appropriate individuals/teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure timely and effective communications to affected parties (e.g., Commercial, VSM, and Supply Chain). Actively participate in determining the timelines for validation and implementation to minimize disruptions to business unit processes.

  • Serves as subject matter expert regarding practices and structures in the business unit (e.g., NPI, Supply Chain, Production Control, BOM Structure, Logistics), and their relationships to existing and new business systems and practices.

  • Helps identify process improvements through changes in practice, standardization, or ERP modifications. Provide training on new modules to business areas and create training materials as needed. Develops reports as needed to compile and analyze data regarding business unit practices.

  • Leads SIOP team, tracks open actions and follow through. Responsible for documenting, updating and publishing SIOP standard work.

  • Responsible for creating/enhancing ERP Health metrics. Responsible for publishing and tracking results through collaboration of functional ownership.

  • Lead/Develop Business review process to create visibility and actions to improve ERP Health

Key Responsibilities


BS/BA in engineering or business, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management required.

Project Management (PMP) desired.


Successful candidates must be able to work in a collaborative and teamwork driven environment. Must be able to effectively work with different IT and customer groups and executives. Must be a self-starter, flexible and able to multi-task in a dynamically changing environment. Must have strong customer service, coordination, and interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Possess strong management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical ability, the ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks. A Bachelors Degree or its equivalent is required for this position.

Demonstrate quality and integrity of developing and maintaining system documentation;

Strong personal computer skills (including word processing and spreadsheet software skills) and strong grounding in ERP systems and software are required.

Experience in Value Stream Management, Program teams or NPI environment

Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
