Randstad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a team in a fast paced environment! This team member will answer incoming phone calls, high volume note taking, data entry, assist customers with orders, assist customers with modifications or cancellations, become knowledgeable and be able to answer questions related to products and operate a CRM database to make updates. Must be able to utilize computer software programs include MS Office Suite. Must have the ability to handle a fast paced environment with potentially frustrated customers.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 30-40 hrs per week.
--High School Diploma
--6 mo+ of related customer service experience
--Ability to handle frustrated customers in a fast paced environment
--Customer communication both written and verbal
--Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized
--Type 35+ WPM
--Detail oriented and accurate
--Basic skill set in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
South Bay - Otay Mesa
$13 per hour
