Paralegal International Family Law Litigation firm has an immediate opening for a highly skilled and visionary family law paralegal. You will be the lead paralegal to 3 attorneys in the San Diego office. This is a great opportunity for you to take the next step in your paralegal career and become part of a dynamic, growing firm. How you will make an impact as a Paralegal

  • Assists the primary attorney in all aspects of file/case preparation providing support to attorney through all phases of cases from intake to trial.

  • Assists clients in completing financial statements and shall type all necessary forms and present to the primary Attorney for review.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy work load as well as ensures all files are properly maintained, consistent with the Firm's policy What we're looking for in a Paralegal

  • 3+ years of experience and knowledge of family law firms and filings

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Ability to take ownership of projects, writing, planning and organizing utilizing the Firm's software platform.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset It is an excellent chance to develop case management skills, client relationships and provide support to firm attorneys.
