Within this team, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing business with our existing client base, and securing new non-Envise customers to our business. Position Summary:Primary responsibility of the Project Engineer II is to assist a Project Manager to successfully coordinate and execute a project using the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and subcontracted services. This position requires skills in estimating, scheduling, and design to better understand the coordination of the design-build construction process. What you will do:

  • Review and analyze various design drawings and specifications, visit project work sites, clarify scope of work, and consult with vendors, sub-contractors to estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility;

  • Provide technical engineering advice regarding project constructability, value-engineering, design and modification;

  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure quality and conformance to design specification and safety standards;

  • Identify issues that could lead to problems, and facilitate their solutions;

  • Create, update and enforce project schedules and maintain records and documents;

  • Assist with the project cost management, and assure that the budgets are maintained;

  • Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by the management.

    What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field

  • Demonstrated skills/knowledge of ERP skills, HVAC systems and their applications, and High Performance Computing (HPC)

  • MS Office (Project, Excel, and Word), AutoCAD and Revit.
